Why SERVPRO of Rochester?

Why use us? Why call SERVPRO of Rochester for your water or fire damage? 

These two images are of the same area before we performed mitigation services at the customer's home. 

Marc and our water technicians arrived at the customer's home and started taking readings then documenting the moisture readings of the affected and unaffected areas. 

In photo one, you can see a darker area in the carpet along with some light brown coloration on the edges. 

In photo two, you can see the thermal imaging camera pointed at the same area. We use this as an initial inspection to help identify the affected areas.
