Basement Water Damage

The before photo shows an affected area in the basement after our technicians started working. It was determined after taking moisture readings that the materials needed to be removed. The technicians removed the wood trim, carpet, carpet pad and drywall. 

The after photo shows that all the affected materials had been removed. When you look closely at the picture you can see darker areas which is water that has absorbed into the wood studs. That area is able to be dried out! The next step in the process after demolition and photos is to place air movers along with a dehumidifier.
