Flooded Basement

The first photo visually shows that the carpet is soaked all over. When it rains and rains which result in flooding, many home basements have standing water. One of the first things our technicians do upon arriving at a customer's home is to photograph the affected areas, take moisture readings and record the data.

The second photograph shows the affected areas that our technicians needed to take out so the drying process could begin. After demolition, we place our equipment. 

In order to properly dry the affected areas out, many times there are many pieces of drying equipment in a room. This is completely normal and necessary.
