Severe Storm Flooding

This spring and summer Southeastern Minnesota was flooded literally with rainfall after rainfall after rainfall. Gutters, Sump pumps and street drains weren't able to keep up to all the rain we received.

SERVPRO of Rochester was called to this home for help and mitigation services.

The before picture shows the water damage in the bedroom. Water has intruded through materials and found its way in.

Look at the bottom of the wall where it meets the wood flooring. On the wall, there are raised areas between the paint and sheetrock. The affected materials needed to be removed. Moisture readings were taken and recorded as we worked. Commercial fans and dehumidifiers were placed. The spaced was cleaned up. Every 24 hours the affected materials had moisture readings taken and documented until each of the materials were at IICRC industry standards.
