A Soaked Basement

Floods are the Earth's most common and most destructive forces that occurs naturally. SERVPRO of Rochester was literally flooded with calls during the last spring flooding. 

The first photo was taken shortly after our technicians arrived on site at this home. Look closely at the photo and you will see dark areas or spots.  You can also see footprints on the carpet. Seeing carpet like this upon arrival is very common. Look specifically at the top left side of the picture and you will see dark areas which shows water pooled. This water needed to be extracted right away to avoid further damage. 

The second photo shows the same area after our technicians extracted the water and placed equipment.
