Raging Rivers and Water in Rochester

The National Weather Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, reported that in Rochester, Minnesota on June 27-28 over 5" of rain fell in 6 hours. As a result, the Rochester International Airport was closed for several hours, highways and interstates closed, and homes flooded. Devastation within hours. How fast life can change. If you have water in your basement and the level of water is high to where outlets are located, turn off the electricity.
If you have water that has sewage in it, don't go in the water as it may be contaminated.
