SERVPRO of Rochester has some very high standards for their employees. The SERVPRO corporation has requirements of their franchises.

One of the requirements for franchise owners is to hire upstanding employees. The corporate SERVPRO has agreements with insurance companies. 

When hiring employees, the franchises need to have a thorough background check.  We, SERVPRO of Rochester, corporate and insurance companies, want to hire people that have clean backgrounds. What does that entail? Upon hire potential employees fill out paperwork for a complete state and federal background search as well as his or her driving record. We only hire people that have "clean" backgrounds.
