What to Do For A Commercial Water Damage

2. Once you have the area safe, look and see what items can be salvaged. If possible, get those items and move to an area like a garage. 
3. Do NOT throw away any items even if you are going to throw the items away. Insurance companies require documentation: pictures of tags, brands, dimensions, and materials. You will need to document carefully.
