3. Upon arrival, the technicians will scope the area that was affected. This means that our technicians use moisture meters and an infrared camera to determine if materials will need to be removed. 

4. The information will be shared with you as well as the plan for your water mitigation.

5. We work with all insurance companies which require paperwork. This step involves paperwork and needs owner signature to proceed. Throughout the process, your insurance company will receive the daily readings, materials affected and what was done.
